Exports are now available across key analytics and management pages.

Follow up on thumbs down GPT feedback
You can now email any user who left negative feedback on a GPT answer. This helps teams close the loop, update guidance, and improve the copilot experience.
App Updates
Offline Experience Improvements
The synchronization screen has been refreshed to make offline synchronization easier to use. You can configure with products, assets, and resources you want to download.
Offline mode ensures instant access to resources when signal is weak or unavailable and helps operators avoid wait times.
General Bug Fixes & Improvements
Stability, performance, and UI updates are included in this release.
Web InSkill Updates
Enhanced Feedback Tools
Thumbs up and thumbs down options now include comments and predefined reasons. These improvements help teams understand user intent and improve answers. This new feedback experience will be added to the mobile app soon.
