This version of InSkill brings many new improvements to the chat interface. You may now have messages read to you and easily escalate questions in chat. We have added new improvements and capabilities to InSkill's offline mode as well, making the experience better than ever when you have intermittent or limited internet connectivity. Offline Experience Improvements

The InSkill offline engine has had many enhancements added with this release. These improvements are primarily around running tasks offline

Chat Escalation

We have added the ability to escalate a chat. If you have configured an escalation task for a particular product copilot, it is now easily available from within the chat. When the InSkill GPT responds with an answer to your question, there is now an escalate button on each message. This will take the user to the escalate task.

Other improvements in the chat interface include moving the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback buttons to the chat message as well.
