- Web sign-in and sessions — The customer portal and related web views now use secure cookie-based sessions for a more reliable login experience, including updated registration and OAuth flows.
- Resource permalinks — Help content and files are shared and opened using stable permalinks in the portal, session instructions, and GPT reference links. Direct storage URLs are no longer shown in the UI.
- Embedded tasks — Tasks shown in iframes can authenticate with a one-time passcode.
- Smaller app payloads — Less data is sent to the mobile app when syncing tasks and resources.
