Update data dictionary entry

Update an existing data dictionary entry.

Note: The product_id cannot be changed - data dictionary entries cannot be moved between products.

Updatable Fields:

• key: Field key/name
• type: Field type (0=expertise, 1=asset)
• data_type: Data type (0-5)
• defaults: Default values
• values: Enum options (for data_type 3)
