204: How to Run a Session

Now that you have input some expertise to your product, you will learn how to run a session for your recently input expertise. A session is when a user completes a task through InSkill. These sessions include a variety of processes such as troubleshooting, maintenance, inspection, and going through a general procedure.

To begin a session, the user must have a desktop computer with internet access or a mobile device with the InSkill app downloaded. While both have the same capabilities each route is uniquely different and both will be covered in the subsequent lessons.
