• If you want to see the work history of your entire team, go to the intelligence tab.

• Designed to help the administrator keep tabs on which assets are either being used the most or are creating the most problems. This helps your team determine the efficacy of your setup and will highlight any issues that need to be addressed.

• If you want to see how a product family has been used, check the product history. This will give yo information on the product family instead of a particular asset. This will help you understand better if the product is an issue or if a certain use case has been the reason for discrepancies between usages.
