301: Assets and Grouping
- Create assets and groupings with terminology that is used in your industry. This allows for seamless transfer between real-life and InSkill account portal.

- Create variables in the data dictionary before using them in resources/steps/tasks.
- Create variables in the data dictionary before using them in expertise (Covered in next section). This helps eliminate discrepancies between data dictionary and expertise which ensures the task will run the way the author intended it to.
303: What Are Components?
- Connect your component to your product as soon as you create the component. This allows the product and component to begin exchanging information. If you do not connect them before creating tasks then you will not be able to implement the variables from the components
- Create the component after already knowing how it will be utilized. Knowing the road map helps organization of the two. Building a roadmap of how your components will be connected is highly recommended.
304: Implementing Visibility
- Visibility is a great way to control high acuity tasks to workers with the correct credentials. IF any steps require particular certification, it is best to create multiple steps each for a particular technical level.
305: Account Personalization
- The more details the better. The more information you enter into InSkill the better InSkill can work for you!
306: Subtasks
