Escalate Portal

This section will teach you how to use InSkill GPT on a desktop computer. To perform a session on a desktop computer, the user must access the Escalate Portal, found in the top-left drop-down arrow. As sessions are initiated within the product that the task was saved under, please be prepared to select the product for which you have expertise you want to input.

Please follow the following steps to learn how InSkill GPT is initiated on a PC/Mac

1. After logging into the InSkill website on a desktop you will arrive at the product page with all your products

2. Click the drop-down arrow on the top left corner

3. Select “Escalate” to navigate to the active session page

4. Click the “Session” tab located at the top of the page

5. Click the drop-down arrow to choose from the task’s input by an administrator

6. Select the device from which you want to perform a task

7. Click the “Task” drop-down arrow to see the list of tasks saved under the product

8. Choose the task you wish to perform

10. Press “Begin” to initiate the task
