Grouping Assets

Now that your assets and groups have been created, the next step is to assign assets to their respective groups. Asset grouping is flexible and can be tailored to your operational needs, significantly improving team organization and efficiency. Groups are commonly organized by location, function, or operational domain. Regardless of the structure you choose, InSkill is designed to support your organization and set your team up for success. Follow the instructions below to learn how to group your assets effectively.

To add assets to a group, go through the following instructions:

Go to the Groups tab under the Assets Portal

Select the Group you want to add Assets to

Once in the Group, select "Edit" at the top right corner of the page

Go to the Search bar under Assets and search for the asset you want to add

Select the asset you would like to add to the group

Select Save to finalize asset grouping
