Expertise, on the other hand, controls the languages its expertise/resources are ready to handle the user interface language.

• Publish to customers when the product is 100% ready. First impressions are important and in order to ensure a high return rate of customers, InSkill must be ready to go when it is rolled out to the team.

• Enter as much detail as possible per step. This will ensure that the technician/customer is ready to handle the issues coming up on your equipment.
