Role Permissions

Permission	Applies to:	Definition
Account	Portal	Provides access to Account Settings found under the Manage tab on the online InSkill platform. Here you can update the Logo, Name, GPT Disclaimer, CSS, and Languages
Copilots	Portal	Provides access to copilots under the Manage tab on the online InSkill platform. There are two options available: Can View or Can Edit.
Assets	Portal	Provides access to Assets + Groups found under the Assets tab on the online InSkill platform. There are two options available: Can View or Can Edit.
Copilot Expertise	Portal	Provides access to creating and editing expertise under the Manage tab on the online InSkill platform. Expertise includes tasks, steps, & resources (for Copilots), Shared resources (Account Resources) and Glossary.
InSkill Apps	App	Provides access to the InSkill app found on your device’s app store. This includes accessing resources, tasks, and current data for each copilot.
InSkill Portal	Portal	Provides access to Tasks found under the InSkill tab on the online InSkill platform.
InSkill GPT	Portal & App	Provides access to the GPT found under the InSkill Tab on the online InSkill platform and on the InSkill App via copilot. Either InSkill Portal or InSkill Apps must be permitted for GPT access.
Intelligence	Portal	Provides access to the Intelligence tab on the online InSkill platform. This allows access to Reports, Data, & GPT
Team	Portal	Provides access to team functionality under the Admin tab on the online InSkill platform. Here you will be able to access Team, Customers, User Log, and Security. Two options are available: Can View or Can Edit
Roles	Portal	Provides access to creating & editing roles under Roles on the Admin tab on the online InSkill Platform. (Cannot edit default roles from InSkill)
