Copilots

The Copilots portal is where you create copilots and their expertise. It is your primary command center for building, editing, and overseeing your library of copilots — from initial concept to fully deployed field assistant.

When you first open the Copilots portal, you see a dashboard of all copilots associated with your account.

Access and Visibility

Your view of the Copilots portal is personalized based on your permissions. Account administrators determine which users can view, edit, or manage specific copilots. If a copilot is missing from your list, contact your administrator to verify your access roles.

Dashboard View Options

InSkill offers two ways to view your copilots. Toggle between them using the icons in the top-left corner of the dashboard:

• Copilot view: a visual, at-a-glance experience. Each copilot appears as a tile showing its logo — the quickest way to spot a specific machine family or product brand. A crossed-out eye beside the name marks a copilot that is not visible.

  

• List view: optimized for data-heavy management. Displays copilots in a table with their components, escalate task, resource and task counts, aliases, scripts, owner, and Visible and Published toggles. Click a column heading to sort. Ideal for managing a large volume of copilots across multiple regions or teams.

  

Search Copilots finds a copilot by name, and + Add New creates a copilot — see Add New Copilot.

Exporting the Copilot List

Click Export at the top left of the dashboard. InSkill downloads copilots.csv to your computer, with one row per copilot and these columns: Name, Has Components, Escalate, Resources, Tasks, Aliases, Scripts, Visible, and Published.
