Suppliers

Customers and suppliers are a feature within InSkill for inheriting copilots, assets, and more from one account to another. This makes it easy for a customer to inherit a specific machine that already has existing expertise and documentation from the supplier's account.

Adding a Supplier

Follow these steps to add a supplier to your account:

1. In the Admin portal, open the Suppliers tab and click + Add New.

   

2. Enter the access code given to you by your supplier.

   

Once the supplier is added, your setup is complete. The Manage portal shows the copilots you are inheriting, and the Assets portal shows the assets you are inheriting.

The access code is generated on the supplier's side, on their Customers tab. See Customers.
