Administration
The Admin portal governs your teams, roles, groups, security, and supplier and customer relationships.
The Admin portal serves as the central nervous system for your organization's governance, workforce management, and external partnerships. It provides granular control over how every individual and entity interacts with your technical knowledge base through the Team, Customers, Roles, Groups, Account, Suppliers, User Log, and Security tabs.

Team Management
The Admin portal is where you build and oversee your workforce within the InSkill ecosystem:

| Team | Add new members and assign roles — such as Account Administrator, Author, or Tech 1 - InSkill Apps — to define their permissions and access levels. |
| Roles | Use InSkill's core roles, or create custom roles with the exact combination of permissions a user needs. |
| Groups | Divide the account into groups for a business unit or region, each with its own copilots, users, and customers, and delegate their administration to a group administrator. |
| Visibility | Protect sensitive intellectual property by determining exactly which tasks, steps, and resources are visible at each access level. |
| Asset group association | Link users to specific groups of assets, so a Technician assigned to one facility group only sees the guidance and machines relevant to their area of responsibility. |
| User Log | Maintain a complete audit trail of platform activity for compliance and engagement tracking. |
Account and External Settings
Beyond internal workforce management, the Admin portal houses the foundational settings that govern your entire organization and its place in the broader industrial supply chain:

| Security | Configure high-level security protocols, such as single sign-on (SSO), to keep your data secure. |
| Sharing Expertise with Customers | How sharing works from both sides, what gets shared, and how shared expertise stays current. |
| Customers | Configure and control how your own copilots are shared with the clients who operate your equipment in the field. |
| Suppliers | Manage the manufacturers and vendors who share copilots directly with your account. |
