Intelligence Portal
The main purpose of the Intelligence Portal is to gain situational awareness provided via system integrations. This includes maintenance history, current operating state, and asset history. This is crucial as InSkill uses information from these 3rd party systems within its Large Language Model (LLM) operations to optimize the the experience for you, the user.
This system data not only provides the LLM insight but can be used to provide critical insight into questions you or your team might have.. Analysis of data gathered by InSkill can help paint a better picture of what is happening in your system, whether its slow wear-and-tear of the machine or an efficiency miscalculation. It can help better diagnose an issue that arose in your testing.
The intelligence tab is available to your team to get a better glimpse of the activities occurring on your equipment. Intelligence is split up into 3 separate categories: GPT, Reports & Data.
Our flagship functionality is a GPT interface where your team can chat with your machines to get real time help! The GPT mines its information from expertise loaded into the copilot and is ready for use at anytime, Offline or On!
The reports tab is designed to give you an easy-to-understand summary of what is happening on your machine. Information on sessions, resources, products, users, and customers are all gathered and presented through tables, graphs, and charts.
Data provides and more in-depth look at your machine. While reports are shown in easy-to-understand visual aids, data is a spreadsheet filled with information on users, customers, products, sessions, customer sessions, resources, customer resources, account account, and account products.
