Account Resources
Account resources are documents, URLs, videos, images, and dynamic resources added once and shown in every copilot in the account.
Account resources are resources you add once for the whole account. When added, an account resource is shown in each copilot in the account. Typical account resources include safety guidelines, travel policies, handbooks, and the like.
Open them from Account Resources in the top bar of the Copilots portal.

Resource Types
Account resources include all resource types — the same as copilot resources:

Adding an Account Resource
The Account Resources tab works the same way as a copilot's Resources tab — see Resources for the list, filters, and Bulk Upload.
- Click Account Resources in the top bar.
- Select the type from -- Add New Resource --, or click Bulk Upload to add several files at once.
- Enter the name and content, and set the resource's attributes. See Editing Resource Attributes.
- Click Save. The resource is shown in each copilot in the account.
QR Landing Page
A Dynamic account resource can also be used as the account's QR landing page. Create it here, then select it as the Account Dynamic Resource in Account Settings.
