The Products Page: Your Copilot Library

The Products Page serves as the central hub for all AI assistants available to your account. It is designed to give you a clear, organized view of the technical expertise at your fingertips, whether it was created internally or shared by an equipment manufacturer.

Organization and Visibility

Your copilots are intelligently grouped to help you find the right support quickly:

• Internal Copilots: Copilots originating from your own organization appear at the top of the list, marked with your company’s logo.
• External/Published Copilots: Below your internal list, you will see copilots published to you by other organizations (such as OEMs or machine builders). This is common for facilities that operate equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Admin Control: Access is strictly governed. Your Account Admin determines exactly which users can see and interact with specific copilots, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure.

Accessing Global Account Resources

The Products Page isn't just a list of chat interfaces—it's also a gateway to broader manufacturer knowledge.

• The Logo Shortcut: Selecting a manufacturer’s logo on the Product Page takes you to that specific manufacturer's Account Resources.
• Shared Knowledge: Unlike specific Copilot resources (which apply to one machine), Account Resources contain high-level information—such as general safety manuals, corporate policies, or training videos—that apply to multiple copilots from that same manufacturer.
